The Baby Boomer News is holding the opinion: there is not a more successful federal government program. This statement is applying, for the legislation, which is being enacted, before the SSA. This statement is applying, for the legislation, which is being enacted, after the SSA.
Boomers, who are hurting, as they are experiencing, equities based losses, are, correctly, directing, their focus toward SSA, at this time.
Boomers should forget about securing, their retirements via nonsensical programs: IRAs Keoghs and 401(k)s.
Boomers are not needing, such to concern themselves, with the machinations, of the equities markets managers.
The needed legislations, which are being necessary, such to bring these assorted rascals into compliance, need not be of concern, for individuals, who are absorbing the reality of the situation.
This reality is: you are not becoming secure, via investments, while individuals, who are motivated, by personal profits, are managing, the investments.
Boomers, at this time, are, correctly, directing, their attentions, toward the passage of legislations, which are mandating, employer funded, defined benefit, retirement coverage and disability coverage.
Small business can not afford? Then small business can hit the road.
Private, employer funded, pensions are not enough.More important; boomers are pressing, for the legislations, which is insuring, the survival, of the SSA. The SSA is being empowered, such that disability pensions, child and widow pensions and retirement pensions are providing, an amount of income, which is assuring, a pension amount, which is above the USA poverty level.
In addition, legislation, which is mandating, increased, withholding, for Medicare is being necessary, at this time.

The increased SSA withholding argument: withholding increases, for SSA and Medicare, which, in total, our presenting, as a 200 % increase, which is applicable, for the amounts being withheld, are being offset, in part, by the elimination, of the employees' 401(k) contributions
The employers' 401(K) contributions, if present, are being directed toward the employers’ SSA contributions.
Withholding percentages increases, are not sufficient.
The amount, of base wages, which is subject, for SSA and Medicare withholdings, are being increased.

The argument for continuing, equities markets, declines: the averages are moving, in a linear pattern, as they are rising, from the levels, which are present, during, 1992 - 1993. There is not occurring, a retrench, of the averages, such to test the bottom, of the ranges, during, this long upward march. The DJIA is being situated, at the 3000 level, during this specified, earlier time period.
Again, and as always, The Baby Boomer News is holding, the opinion: equities markets, as same are being incarnate, at this time, within the USA, are not an environment, which is hospitable, for the, average, "eighty-percents" member, USA citizen.
The equities markets are controlled, by the "twenty-percents." The equities markets are benefitting, over time, only, the "twenty-percents."
"Twenty-percents" are, of course, the twenty percent of the USA population, which is controlling, eighty percent, of the USA wealth.

Once again,The Baby Boomer News is expressing, the opinion: the taxpayers' monies are not being used correctly, as these funds are being directed, toward the chore of relieving, greedy banks, of the banks’ “toxic assets.”
In addition, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Federal Reserve Bank, which is a private corporation, not a government agency, are refraining, from involvement, in this exercise.
Most certainly; the taxpayers are not, correctly, being burdened, with another, newly created, government bureaucracy, which is being identified: the Public-Private Investment Program.
Utilization, of the Public-Private Investment Program, as the methodology, which is in place, while the "toxic assets." are being divested, is resulting, with the assets being owned, by wealthy individuals, as an example, the "twenty-percents,” wall street investment vehicles; mega wealth foreign interests.
The "toxic assets” are being supported, by residential real estate. The "toxic assets" are, and have been, just so much nonesense paper. Said paper is the vehicle, which are prompting, the investmens of billions, as the dishonest; as the foolish; as the greedy are entering, the que.
These assorted suspects are acquiring, the "toxic assets," while intending, such to offer for sale the underlying properties.
Obviously, these supporting, real properties' eventual, sales prices are being increased, as the greedy attempt a “quick killing.”.
These, proposed, transfers, between the banks and investors, are occurring, as a best case result.
The Public-Private Investment Program is, possibly, failing, as the chosen methodology.
Better decisions: do not create; do not fund; do not operate; the Public-Private Investment Program.
The banks' liquidating, "toxic assets," without assistance is, the best solution; the easiest solution, the most likely to be successful solution.
The "toxic assets" are being carried, on the banks books, as having, $1 Trillion, or more, as their valuations.
These valuations are reflecting, the values, which are being created, via greed, mismanagement and real estate buyers stupidity.
Value the underlying, real estate, properties, at their intrinsic values.
Next, with the lowered, real estate properties, valuations in place; mark the "toxic assets' to the true market value.
Do not maintain the assets inflated values, which are reflecting, a bygone real estate market.
Such reductions, in the assets asking prices, are promoting, expeditious ownership changes.
The residential real estate market is being revalued, with correct values in existence, as a bonus.
Yes, the offending banks are suffering, a loss.
Yes, current owners, of real estate properties, are enduring, the revaluation process, as it is affecting, their ownership stakes.
The situation conclusion, wherein the banks and residential real estate owners are suffering, as the real estate market is being adjusted, is the lesser, of two evils.
The, alternate, situation conclusion is witnessing, the taxpayers suffering, the loss.
Consider, if the Public-Private Investment Program is the vehicle, which is being implemented; there is not a guarantee, such that prices are not being reduced, dramatically.
The pre-enactment hype, which is stating, market values are being maintained, through the liquidations, via the Public-Private Investment Program’s implementation, is, possibly, incorrect.
With devaluation occurring, as the Public-Private Investment Program is operating; the taxpayers are, likely, NOT being repaid.
The taxpayers are being straddled, with a larger national debt, as the Public-Private Investment Program investments are not being returned, for the taxpayers.
Why should the risk be assumed, by the taxpayers? Regardless, the amount, of price deflation being necessary; dump the assets, TO THE TAXPAYERS, for whatever prices the assets, can command.
Better yet! Allow the offending banks and assorted paper owning, entities the opportunity: eat the nonsense paper, which is existing.
Next, dump the real properties, which are being revalued and are possessing, as a result of revaluations, much reduced for sale prices, directly TO THE TAXPAYERS!
Do not place the taxpayers at risk, via the direction, of the taxpayers’' monies, toward, the Public-Private Investment Program!

Gun Control: Emotions Influenced Responses Not Needed!

Recently, during the first eight months, of 2009; mass assassinations are becoming, apparently, more common, within the USA.

Included, among these assassination incidents, are mass murders, of law enforcement personnel.

The slayings, of law enforcement employees, in Oakland California and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, are receiving, much media coverage.
Unfortunately, these law enforcement incidents are bringing, with them, demands, from some individuals and groups, for more personnel, who are being employed, in law enforcement.

The Baby Boomer News does hold, the opinion; extraordinary response to the recent assassinations, in the form of additional law enforcement employees being employed is not being needed, at this time.

Please, do remember:

1. Law enforcement employees are aware; their deaths are imminent, at all times. LE members are participating, in their chosen profession.

2. LE members, who are being killed, each year, in the USA are possessing, a small census. The LE members, who are being killed, during 2008 is: 134.
More than 800,000 sworn officers are employed - 2006. The employment census continues, such to increase! Hey, the USA does not need more LE employees! Sudden, violent death, while on the job, is NOT a problem, among the LE ranks

3.We are remembering; many are employed, in LE, because the individuals are failing, such to obtain, sufficiently remunerative employment elsewhere.

4. Often, LE employees are more interested:
A. Maintaining, their four to five thousand a month salaries.
B. Riding in the Crown Vics
C. Strut about in the uniforms. LE employees are common people

These above specified priorities are taking precedent, before the LE employees are determining, what is right and what is wrong, as they are investigating, situations.
Indeed, LE employees, often, are moving, against the weakest participant, in a situation.
The LE employees moving, against, an individual so identified, is providing, the most hours of work.
Hours of work are, hopefully, justifying, a bloated existence.
Far too many states are being saddled, with multiple LE departments, each of which, is representing, only, a few thousand individuals.
Immediate to one, of these ridiculous departments, is another ridiculous department.

5.Mental health professionals, who are speaking, honestly and openly, are revealing: the personality profiles, which are being attached, for LE employees are as are the personality profiles, which are being attached for criminals. The, two groups' profiles are as two peas in a pod!

6. The Supreme Court, via the application, of combined wisdom, does determine: LE members are permitted, such to lie, while LE members ares speaking, with suspects. LE does lie. LE does it all: Big Boldface, Little White, Innuendo and Omission.

7. Regarding, the donation of monies, into memorial funds, which are, ostensibly, benefitting, the survivors, of LE employees, who are dead in the line of duty: do not contribute.

Many USA citizens are experiencing, the loss of a parent. These losses are arriving, as the citizens are young children. Children, so affected, are not benefitting, from memorial funds. LE employees' surviving children are not being entitled, for something, which is not being available for other, USA children.

The, recent carnage is being responsible; as the questions, which are being attached, for the Second Amendment, are being spoken, once again.

A. The Second Amendment is too brief. The amendment, is, correctly, saying, more, as to the powers, which are remaining, with the states. Specifically, as the, day to day, firearms possessions, by individual citizens, are demonstrating, need for regulations; do the states retain the empowerments, which are necessary, as the new rules are being implemented? If so, are said regulations being enforce during time periods, wherein the USA is not enduring, attack, within the homeland. Do the states' regulations endure suspension, during times of enemy attack? Or, do the States not retain, any powers, such to regulate, via legislation, the, day to day, firearms possessions, by individual citizens?

B. The Second Amendment does state, in TBBN's opinion: the citizenry, in total, are not, at any time and for any reason, being arbitrarily and completely denied the right to possess firearms. Said firearms are being categorized, via the amendment, as being necessary for defense, of self and country, during attacks, from USA enemies.

C. The Second Amendment is reflecting, the, nation’s founders’ thoughts contexts, which are existing, as the amendment is being created. These thoughts contexts are being developed, via assessment, of the USA environment, which does exist, at the time.
Further, the Second Amendment is not incorporating, language, which is anticipating, the, possibility, these thoughts contexts are evolving and changing, with the passage of time.

Hopefully, the ruling is serving, as a wake up call for the majority of the majority citizens, within the US

The time is arrived; the majority of the majority does have need, such to regain control of their destiny, via regaining, control, of the USA.
For many baby boomers, the decision is arriving, much too late, such to assure, majority of the majority members, who are boomers, a "fair shake" in the employment world.
Many, boomers know, all to well; their job, whatever it may be, and wherever, it may be situated, is being filled, by Bubba or Bubbles.
In addition, all too many, majority of the majority boomers are laboring, while being burdened, with a gorilla faced supervisor.
In most instances, a majority of the majority, boomer is better qualified, such to fulfill the obligations, which are attached, for any position, which is being held, by a minority member.
Even as qualifications and experience are being equal; deference is not, necessarily nor correctly, being directed toward, minority members, as the final hiring choices are being made. The equality mandate is being fulfilled, as the minority candidate is receiving, equal consideration, of her/his qualifications, which are as are the qualifications of the majority of the majority candidate. Additional accommodations are not being necessary.
At the same time; the minority members, who are, because of heritages and current situations, eminently qualified, for certain lesser positions do shun these same menial positions.
The majority of the majority does suffer, as, less qualified, personnel are being placed into positions, for which there are better qualified candidates.
Indeed, the nation is suffering, as these inappropriate work assignments are proliferating and becoming tenured.
Move forward; the abuses, which are being endured, by the majority of the majority citizens, as The Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the various and assorted, affirmative action legislations are being misused, must cease.

The Baby Boomer News is holding, the opinion for an extended period; there are too many individuals pursuing, education beyond the level of high school graduate.
TBBN is also opposing, the federal government's financial support, of students, who are pursuing, education beyond the level of high school graduate.
Not a surprise; TBBN is not gratified, as U.S. Department of Education is foisting a revised, college loan repayment, plan upon the USA citizens.
This revised repayment plan is empowering, the loans' beneficiaries, such that the amounts of their monthly payments and the amounts, in total, which are being repaid are being determined, via the amount of earnings, which are being received, by the individual beneficiaries.
This plan, for repayment does not hold any logic. More important, the new, repayment plan is cheating, the USA citizens. In their capacities as taxpayers, citizens are investing, money into individuals’ educations, without the expectation, of full payback. This is ridiculous!
Playing, the Devil's advocate; TBBN is suggesting, with the concentrations of wealth and income, which are existing, within the USA: the individuals most likely to make use of a quality, college level, education are forthcoming, from families not needing, the assistance, which is being provided, via the federal government's loan programs.
Sad, however, true; the children, of the rich, are the individuals most likely, such to benefit, from college level material, which is not being diluted.
The rich people, aka the "twenty-percents," are devoid of morals and principles, however, they are, frequently, possessing, the mental capacities, which are necessary, for assimilation, as undiluted, college level material is being offered.
Much better, the money, which is being used, such to fund loans, for college educations, is being redirected. This redirection is funding, the revisions, which are necessary, such to make the secondary education, curriculum more amenable, for the needs of the masses. .
The, secondary level, curriculums are, correctly, being revised, such to provide more vocational training.
An individual does not need, such be a college graduate, as the individual is seeking employment as an admistrative assistant!
In addition, the "twenty-percents," as they present, as owners and managers of large corporations, are being motivated, via federal tax penalties, such to provide, more, on the job, training programs, for the masses. .
Again, an on the job training program is adequate, as an individual is preparing, for employment as a Mc Donald's manager or a Wal-Mart manager..
With the elimination of college education subjects, such as "broadcasting" and "child care," the, overpaid, and underworked, college faculty members are being released, for gainful employment.
Boomers are, correctly, encouraging, their respective elected representatives; vote to eliminate the funding, for the federal government's college loans programs.

This legal quirk, once identified, is being used, such to gut the intent, of the U.S. bankruptcy law, while this law is being applied, for Chrysler Corporation and General Motors Corporation.
These corporations' bondholders, equity shares holders and secured receivables holders are being compensated, with little or nothing, as the miscreant processes are being completed. Shame on Bama Boy!

Today, December 8, 2008, sources are reporting: more than half of the modified mortgage participants are defaulting. These defaults are presenting, after the mortgage is being adjusted.
The sources are revealing; the default rate is increasing, as time is passing.
The categories, of the revised loans, are not being revealed, by the sources. Perhaps, they are comprised, of sub-prime loans? Perhaps, the defaults are consisting, of a mixture; sub prime and more conventional, loans. The more conventional, loans are, perhaps, being included, as borrowers incomes are being reduced or eliminated.
As the financial malaise is continuing, such to afflict the USA economy; efforts are being directed toward stemming, the tide.
Efforts, which are determining, the causes, of the, residential mortgage, industry failures, are not presenting.
Once again, The Baby Boomer News is holding the opinion; the, existing, residential real estate available, for sale within the USA, is overpriced. This distortion is afflicting the entire market. Of course, some markets, which are being situated, within desireable, growing, USA areas, are more inflated, than are mundane markets.
So, incorrect valuations are the major contributing, factors, as the, residential real estate, markets are enduring, turmoil.
Are there other factors being involved? TBBN does state; the obscene concentration, of wealth, within the USA, is a contributing factor.
We are remembering, eighty percent, of the USA wealth, is being controlled, by twenty percent, of the USA population. In addition, the, top ten, percent, of income recipients, are controlling, more than fifty percent, of the annual income.
These greedy individuals are, frequently, being found, within the financial, insurance and real estate industries.
These people are, frequently, dishonest, intelligent, manipulative, street smart and well connected.
Is it possible, the "twenty-percents," identified within these aforementioned industries, are the cause and the effect?
Specifically, these individuals while plying their greedy ways, are creating, the environment, wherein the need is arising, for the creation, of sub prime borrowers.
After creating, this, sub prime friendly, environment; the "twenty-percents" are initiating and fostering the development, of the sub prime, residential real estate, mortgage industry.
The question: are the "twenty-percents" aware, the sub prime loan, industry is doomed for failure, as they are founding, the sub prime loan industry?
Previously, TBBN is suggesting; the implementation of a "living wage," via federal government legislation. A "minimum wage" is arbitrary, mired in political considerations and not adequate for the task. Said task is providing, each worker, with a "living wage," which is being determined, by a real world based, formula. This formula is using the ENTIRE Consumer Price Index's content, as the formula’s input variables are being determined.
Also, additional federal legislation is needed. This additional legislation is mandating, a maximum, annual, dollar amount, which is being derived, from wages. This amount is being applied, individually, for each and every wage earner; their respective opinions are not of consequence.
TBBN does hold the opinion; a leveling, of the wages playing field is inducing, the deflation, which is needed, as residential real estate prices are being aligned with the new, equalitarian, reality. Said reality, as applied, for the USA, is being needed, for a very long time.

Finger pointing is just beginning.
The USA economy is being reshaped, by adjustments, at this time.
What are the causes, of these adjustments? Greed? Incompetence? Lack of awareness?

The Architects Of Destruction

Today, November 23, 2998, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke is, supposedly, admitting, his underestimating; the impact, upon the economy, which is resulting, as the sub-prime debacle is being revealed.
This quote is being attributed, toward Mr. Bernanke. “The causal relationship between the housing problem and the broad financial system was very complex and difficult to predict.”
Oh! Really?
House purchase is, frequently, the largest purchase, which is being completed, by a USA consumer.
The relationship, which is existing, between the USA economy and the, real property financing, industry is not difficult to predict. This relationship is not complex.
Blunt force and omnipresent are among the attributes, which are defining, this relationship!
Previously, before this sad situation is being scrutinized, knowledgeable people are explaining, the inherent weaknesses, which are marring, the sub-prime concept.
What is this man thinking? What is motivating, this man's thinking? Who is motivating, this man's thinking? Why is greed being selected, such to replace knowledge and, hopefully, wisdom?

"Economics For The Here And The Now," is being defined: make it up as you go along; on a day to day basis; implement, via the use of other peoples' money. This economics flavor is being favored, by the USA federal government, at this time.
November 12, 2008; Hank Paulson is adding, the daily wrinkle.
Specifically, the $700 Billion, which the administration is wresting, from Congress, is not being directed, toward the purchase of residential mortgage assets. These, previously, targeted purchases are, in many instances, being illiquid. The lack of liquidity is resulting, as the real properties, which are "supporting," these instruments, are continuing, such to experience declines, in their current market values.
These declines are appropriate. The real properties, which are supporting, the non performing, financial instruments, are possessing, inflated market values, as the mortgages are being created.
Now, these properties' values are moving, toward reality. Reality, as defined, for residential real estate, is realized, as structures are being depreciated and land is being appreciated.
Not sending, good money after bad money is, apparently, the federal government’s decision of the day.
Not directing, the "bail-out" money, toward the support of previous mistakes is a good decision.
This removal of support, for previous mistakes, is, perhaps, aiding the ongoing process, wherein residential structures are being depreciated, substantially.
Unfortunately, November 12, 2008, Hank is, also, stating: the "bail-out" money is being re-directed.
Now, the feds are directing, the "bail-out:" toward "direct investments" in some number of unidentified financial institutions.
The funds are, supposedly, being invested, for the benefit, of the, USA, taxpayers, from whom the funds are being taken.
This, direct investment in financial institutions, advisory is not good news for the USA citizens.
As an explanation, for this preceding, negative statement; we are remembering, the all-time, old-time favorite, of the "twenty-percents," Warren Buffet.
Our fellow citizen, Warren, is, recently, investing, $5 Billion, in Goldman Sachs. This transaction is providing, Warren, preferred stock shares, which are paying, a 10% dividend. Goldman Sachs receives, the money; Warren receives the shares.
Twenty days later; Hank, while using taxpayers' money, is purchasing, preferred stock, as an investment in nine banks.
Hank's shares are paying, the taxpayers 5%, only!
Previously, The Baby Boomer News is stating: the federal banks are, while being managed, correctly, separating, the monies, which are being used, for operations, from the monies, which are representing, the bank's capital.
If, we are believing, the story, which is being circulated, by the Bush administration; federal banks' managers are now incompetent. The incompetent managers are permitting, the operations' monies decimation. This decimation is complete.
Capital monies, which are the wealth of the banks, are being used, as the bank are meeting, operations obligations. This need, for operations monies, is such, the banks' capital investments are being breeched and are enduring, a, current, decimation.

The banks’ managements are attempting, such to enrich their respective institutions’ capital amounts. These capital enrichments, which are coming forth, from the taxpayers, are not conveying, the powers, which enable the investors’ inputs, into the businesses’ operations. These empowerments are, traditionally, bestowed upon those making, contributions, into an entity’s capital.

The, USA economy is, hopefully, continuing, as an unfettered economy.
Federal government aide, which is being directed, toward the "Big 3," USA incorporated, automakers, is being advocated, by some, at this time.
Such aide is not correct. Baby boomers are not, correctly, being required, such to contribute, for the welfare, of these corporations. Such, proposed, contributions are, of course, forthcoming, from federal tax revenues.
Unfortunately, the tax-paying, citizens are not receiving, votes, which are being directed, toward the management, of the companies, in return, for the proposed contributions.
Saving factory workers jobs is the modus, which is being suggested, frequently, as this latest "bail-out" effort is being presented, for consideration.
Maybe, the, proposed, cash infusions are saving, the aforementioned corporations. However, there are not any guarantees, such infusions are being adequate for the tasks.
In addition, which methodologies are guaranteeing, the employment levels, within the beneficiaries, are being maintained, as the donations are being placed, into the corporations' capital structures?
Automations, out-sourcing and revised model mixtures are affecting, the employment levels, within these specified corporations.
Also, the corporations are not as yet learning, from their mistakes. Yesterday, November 16, 2008; Ford motor company is purchasing, television commercial time, in a a large amount. This, time purchase is sponsoring, a NFL football game. This specific game is airing, after 4 PM EST. This programming is appearing, on the CBS network.
Each, of these expensive commercials, are promoting, the virtues, which are, supposedly, inherent, within a 2009, F-150, pick-up model, truck. This advertising is being directed, toward the sale, of a vehicle, which is, for most people, inappropriate, at this time.
A fraction, of the pick-ups and SUVs, which are being sold, during recent years, are being necessary, as transportation, for their respective owners.
The pick-ups and the SUVs are, always, being absurd. Witness, an overeducated; overpaid, over fed, over coiffed; over dressed; thirty something matron, as she is maneuvering, one of these behemoths, on a narrow city street. This process is being completed, while the vehicle’s operator is not possessing, an accurate and true perception, as to the location, of the vehicle's four corners. This described vision is confirming, the absurdity, of these vehicles.
Much better, the "Big 3," are working, through Chapter 11 bankruptcies. This, action course is being followed, by many corporations, which are being burdened, with poor management decisions. If, the, domestic based, auto manufacturers are modifying, there errant ways; these, domestic based, manufactures are surviving, their bankruptcies and are prospering, into the future.

Advertisements, which are appearing, on websites, do state; Obama's intelligence quotient (IQ) is 124. Perhaps, this statement is true; perhaps, this statement is not true.
Many boomer are possessing, IQ scores, which are settling, between 120 and 125, through multiple testing instances.
Those, of us, so classified do know; we are not adequate to the task, which is being USA President.

1. The President, the Senators and the Representatives are being limited. These individuals are serving, one term, only, in a, particular, elected office. The term lengths, which are being attached, for some elected offices, are, perhaps, being lengthened.

2. The individuals, whom are being elected, into the aforementioned offices, are receiving, seven figure annual salaries, while serving, their respective terms in office.

3. Political contributions are being eliminated. The costs, which are being attached, for campaigning, are being paid by the Federal government. In addition, each candidate, for any particular office, is receiving, a like amount of campaign money. Big state; little state; big district; little district; all the same.

4. Lobbyists' activities are being curtailed, if not eliminated, via new legislation, enactment.

5. Elected officials are being provided, lifetime, seven figure, annual incomes, after leaving office. These stipends are being provided, via the Federal government. While receiving, the aforementioned pensions, former elected officials are being barred, from employment, with profit making firms. In addition, considerations, gifts and loans are not being received, from profit making entities, while these, retired, elected officials are receiving, the government pensions.

Some changes are being necessary. The citizens have a need. The citizens must attract superior people, who are motivated, such to manage the Federal government's operations, for the benefit, of the citizens.
Self aggrandizement and self enrichment, which are, frequently, defining, elected officials’ behaviors, are not being correct behaviors.
We do not have need; for half-breeds; mothers possessing, children, who are "up the stump, without a license"; geriatrics dwelling, in the seventh decade, of their respective lives; and "Old Pol" dealmakers.
These candidate, for President 2008, are very similar, for the people, who are residing, within our home neighborhoods.

This percentage is reflecting, an average price decline. The index, which is producing, the, 16.6 average, price drop, is incorporating, the, average price declines, which are being experienced, within twenty, major, USA cities.
The individual cities are experiencing, average price, declines ranging from -2.7% to -30.7%.
This, reported, price decline is an excellent start, for a journey.

This figure is a great start! However, residential real estate valuations are still inflated. Again, the prospect, of fifty years and older properties, being sold for five and six figure amounts, is absurd. These properties are, correctly, being valued, in total, for the value, of the underlying ground.
Think about this; why is a market, for sub-prime mortgages existing?
The properties’ values are inflated. Wage earners, who are qualifying, as prime mortgage prospects, are no longer qualifying, as such, because the inflated values are existing.
Therefore, these, home ownership, prospects are being reclassified, as sub-prime mortgage, prospects.
The equity markets are, currently, removing, the excess valuations, with which they are being afflicted.

The federal government's purchase, of non-performing assets, from a private business, is not correct.
The assets, which are being purchased, are having their respective valuations being dependent upon the valuations, of other assets.
There is existing, a strong possibility; these underlying assets, which are providing, the basis for valuation, of the assets being purchased, are not accurately valued. These underlying assets are residential real estate properties.
Subsequently, during the week, which is commencing, October 5, 2008, the federal government is proposing, such to purchase equity interests in the affected financial institutions, which are the owners, of the non-performing assets.
The question: Why are the USA equities markets plunging, downward, during the week, which is commencing, October 5, 2008?
The answer is obvious.
Central government is presenting, with interventions, which are being directed, toward the operations and internal affairs, of these equities markets’ membership.
Such interventions, are not being, a part, of the original equations, which are bringing forth these equities markets.
Said equations are providing, the basis, which is being used, as these equities markets are being formed and as these equities markets are operating, through the years.

Currently, the FDIC reserves are remaining, below the amounts, whcih are being mandated, by the Congress.
Specifically, the FDIC reserves amounts are $52.5 Billion. The bank deposits, which are supposedly, being insured are presenting, as a $4 Trillion total amount.
Where is the money, which is assuring, this, additional, insurance protection is being in place?

Increased child tax credits - Pure PR. Discriminatory legislation. Not germane, for the problem at hand.

More aid for hurricane victims - Once again, not germane. This amendment is being motivated, by the desire for votes. Discriminatory legislation.

Tax breaks for renewable energy - Not germane, for the problem. Indirectly, these incentives are, perhaps, providing, support for the inflated, residential real estate, values, which are existing, within the USA.

Higher starting limits to alternative minimum tax - Not germane, for the problem. Disgraceful attempt, such to garner voter support, for a hot steaming pile.

Want prevent a reoccurrence, of this or similar problems?

The Great Hypocrite Society of North America is bestowing, the, March 2008 Poster Boy, title upon Eliot Spitzer. Mr. Spitzer is enjoying, a high ranking, among the candidates, for the 2008 Golden H award, as well.
The Spitzer revelations are exposing, many flaws, which are being found, in the thinking, which is dominant, within the USA.
Other, of the unpleasant truths which are abounding, within the USA culture, are being confirmed, as this fiasco is being exposed.
Mr. Spitzer is a member, of an arrogant minority. Through thousands, of years, this minority's members are revealing, themselves, as being false, in the, public images they are projecting.The, specified minority is being disrespectful, of the majority. Mr. Spitzer's minority group is being, greedy, while garnering, wealth amounts, which are greater, proportionally, than are the amounts, for which this minority is being entitled. Finally, this minority's members are presenting, frequently, as being compulsive liars.
The questions: Why is the majority, in the USA, along with the majorities, in other nations, permitting, the accrual, of disproportionate power and wealth, for this minority? Are we learning, not to allow this situation's perpetuation, ever?

Each work period, while pursuing this service profession, is being defined, as including, the lifting, and carrying, of heavily laden serving trays. The work period is including, multiple hours, which are being marked, by constant motion, on the part of the servers, as the servers are continuing, such to walk about. Injury is possible, as this profession is being pursued. Often, the serving person is receiving, less than is the, federally mandated, minimum wage, and is being dependant, upon "tips," such to earn a wage which is providing, for clothing, food, medical care, mobility and shelter.
Most important, a serving person, for whom the age of 40 years is arriving, is being LESS VALUABLE, as a serving person, than is the serving person, for whom, the age of 25 years is arriving.
The point: The serving person is selling, their body, as they earn wages, and the serving person is becoming, a less valuable employee, as the serving person is becoming, more aged.
This physical dissipation, of the serving person, is a condition, which is afflicting, the prostitute, as well.
However, in the USA, with hypocrisy, at the helm, prostitution employment is, for the most part, illegal; serving person employment is not illegal.
