Supreme Court: Scores One For Common Sense

The Baby Boomer News is holding the opinion: the Supreme Court ruling, June 29, 2009, which addresses reverse discrimination, is long overdue.
Hopefully, the ruling is serving, as a wake up call for the majority of the majority citizens, within the US
A.
The time is arrived; the majority of the majority does have need, such to regain control of their destiny, via regaining, control, of the USA.
For many baby boomers, the decision is arriving, much too late, such to assure, majority of the majority members, who are boomers, a "fair shake" in the employment world.
Many, boomers know, all to well; their job, whatever it may be, and wherever, it may be situated, is being filled, by Bubba or Bubbles.
In addition, all too many, majority of the majority boomers are laboring, while being burdened, with a gorilla faced supervisor.
In most instances, a majority of the majority, boomer is better qualified, such to fulfill the obligations, which are attached, for any position, which is being held, by a minority member.
Even as qualifications and experience are being equal; deference is not, necessarily nor correctly, being directed toward, minority members, as the final hiring choices are being made. The equality mandate is being fulfilled, as the minority candidate is receiving, equal consideration, of her/his qualifications, which are as are the qualifications of the majority of the majority candidate. Additional accommodations are not being necessary.
At the same time; the minority members, who are, because of heritages and current situations, eminently qualified, for certain lesser positions do shun these same menial positions.
The majority of the majority does suffer, as, less qualified, personnel are being placed into positions, for which there are better qualified candidates.
Indeed, the nation is suffering, as these inappropriate work assignments are proliferating and becoming tenured.
Move forward; the abuses, which are being endured, by the majority of the majority citizens, as The Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the various and assorted, affirmative action legislations are being misused, must cease.
